Custom Design & Turn-Key Integration

Each unit is developed based on your technical requirements. We integrate it into existing production systems or project it as a turn-key solution. The equipment mounts within a structural frame that includes preinstalled piping, terminated tie-ins, flanged connections, and a main control panel with all necessary electrical wiring. All instruments are calibrated and installed before shipping. To ensure proper handling, SRS may remove and individually pack sensitive items.

Our systems typically ship as a single piece (excluding the control system when remote mounting is requested). You are responsible for unloading and installing the equipment upon arrival. SRS provides detailed instructions with recommended procedures to assist with installation.

A Metering Skid offers a reliable solution for full custody transfer of fuel to your customer. This system delivers fuel at your determined flow rate and complies with all standard local and federal fuel handling codes. The Metering Skid loads fuel efficiently and safely to the truck via top or bottom access fill points. It can operate manually or be fully automated to suit your needs.

We can also integrate loading arm supports into the platform, eliminating the need for separate supports and foundations for the loading arms. Thanks to our innovative design features and modular construction, we consistently complete projects on time and under budget.

Your Fuel Blending Skid is custom-designed to provide custody transfer of blended fuel in ratios ranging from 1% to 99%, fully compliant with all local and federal fuel handling codes. The Blending Skid offers a self-contained, mounted, and efficient solution for blending multiple fuel products. The system blends fuel using a predetermined recipe entered into a digitally controlled PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).

For example, the Blending Skid can deliver fuel such as Plus (89 octane) gasoline with 10% ethanol by blending 87 and 93 octane gasoline and adding 10% ethanol. The system can also inject additives during the blending process. Your system will meet all requirements for blended fuel truck loading, whether via top or bottom access fill points.
